Position Description

Implementation of sales plans to ensure achievement of agreed objectives and sales targets within a pre-defined region, effectively maximizing every opportunity within our structure to achieve regional and corporate sales objectives.  

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving regional sales budgets across all product categories. 

  • Responsible for the conducting of ongoing comprehensive product training to all sales outlets and trade partners. 

  • Monitor and analyze field sales reports, interpret results and take corrective action to achieve sales targets. 

  • Develop new business opportunities in both residential and commercial applications.  

  • Maintain a positive working relationship with dealers. 

  • Sometimes responsible for the promotion of the product range at various trade shows. 

  • Resolve customer complaints; assist service department with problem resolution. 

  • Embrace and support growing business demands in a changing environment. 

  • Various projects as requested. 

  • Awareness and compliance of Company Policies and Procedures. 

  • Travel to support sales goals. 

  • Assist in the preparation of annual sales forecast and sales budgets. 

 

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of Outside Sales and Account Management experience.

  • Strong computer Skills to include Apple based products, CRM & Office suite of products.

  • Positive, Sales-oriented personality. 

  • Strong team player, self-starter.

  • Ability to manage diverse product offering. 

  • Relationship building. 

  • Solid work ethic a must.

  • This is an 1099 Independent Representative Position
